The service has been exceptionally efficient from all staff and the initial setup from Harry was quick, thorough and very reassuring. The equipment is robust and easy to use and the quick response for a mistaken call from my dad was excellent. My dad is very happy with the product and it has given my siblings and I a lot of reassurance after he had a fall.
