All Lifeline24 customers receive a brand new alarm with all the cables, adaptors/filters and power supplies required. Once your alarm arrives, all you need to do is to plug it in and test it with our UK-based Monitoring Centre.
The Lifeline Alarm unit is pre-programmed before you receive it so there is no need to wait for installation engineers — your alarm can be ready to use within 24 hours of ordering!
Installation is quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. After installing your alarm, you will complete a test call with our UK-based Response Team to ensure the Lifeline Alarm is set up correctly. The installation procedure is outlined in this helpful video. You will also receive a detailed installation guide with your alarm. It really is as simple as plugging your alarm in.
Once you've joined our service, you'll be assigned a dedicated account manager. If you have any account queries, you will be able to speak to them directly over the telephone.

The MyAmie Pendant has been designed to be as comfortable as possible for the user. The pendant can be worn around your neck or around your wrist, with both attachments available inside the box. It has a range of up to 100 metres from the base unit, covering you throughout your home and garden.
The small, discreet and stylish design means that you don’t have to worry about removing the device if you are heading out - most people won’t even notice it.
The MyAmie Pendant has an impressive seven-year battery life. Once the battery is running low, we automatically receive a warning and will send a free replacement.
The MyAmie Pendant is waterproof so you can keep it on whilst in the bath or shower. We do not advise submerging the device in water for longer than 30 minutes.
The pendant has a range of up to 100 metres. This means that your pendant will still connect to the Lifeline Alarm’s base unit when you are outside in the garden.
The pendant runs on the 869MHz European Social Alarm Frequency, which means that it doesn’t interfere with other medical equipment in your home.
Customers purchasing an alarm system from Lifeline24 are invited to give details of up to six emergency contacts. We advise selecting close friends, family members or your neighbours as your contacts. The closer they live to your home the better.
Your contacts' information will be kept on file and shared with our 24-hour Response Team, so that they can communicate with these contacts when required. In the case of an emergency, the Response Team will begin to telephone your emergency contacts to let them know that you require help urgently. If there is no response from a contact, the Response Team will move on to the next person on your list.
If any of your emergency contacts' details change, please be sure to let us know so that we can update the Response Team.
