The Lifeline VI Alarm is the latest telecare alarm technology manufactured by Tunstall. This fall detector package comes complete with everything you need to get started right away, and is easy to setup and test with a simple step by step guide provided inside.
The compact and stylish alarm base comes in a standard grey and white colour scheme, with three buttons to the front which can show the unit’s status through different coloured LED lights. The speaker can be seen located to the front of the alarm base and the radio antenna and sockets hidden on the rear edge of the alarm so you can hide any wires feeding from the alarm out of sight.
The Lifeline Vi home unit also has an integral temperature sensor that can monitor the environmental temperature in the room where the Lifeline is placed.
The Vibby Fall Detector is sleek, stylish and technologically advanced and can be worn around the wrist or neck just like the MyAmie pendant. The main difference is that the Vibby Fall Detector can automatically send an alert call to our Response Team should you suffer from a fall.
Confirmation that an alert has been raised is clearly shown by an LED light on the device, along with a useful vibration. It’s also very easy to cancel an alarm call if it was a false alarm or a test. All the user needs to do is to cover the face of the Vibby with their hands, or stand up within the 20 second period after a fall is detected. The Vibby Fall Detector will stop vibrating to confirm that the alert call has been cancelled.
Don’t worry, if you feel unwell or have any other concerns you can still push the button on the Vibby Fall Detector to call for help.
With the monthly plan you will be covered for monitoring from our expert 24/7 Response Team if the alarm is activated so there are no worries of having to! You can purchase an additional MyAmie Pendant for yourself or a second user in the same property for £49 per year. This saves you the cost of having two separate alarms as one Lifeline VI base unit can be shared between two people. The fall detection technology in the Vibby does not allow analysis and interpretation of all fall situations. For this reason, you should always activate the Fall Detector manually by pressing the white button if you need help.

Good fast service.The alarm received quickly.Problem with not picking up in my area fixed with booster. Hopefully will not have to use it!
Feel safer now going out with my new sat nav one. Can now take my dog for a walk.
Service so far has been excellent. The delivery arrived on time. The set up instructions were clear and easy to do. The initial tests with the call centre were efficient and thorough.
Only complaint is the sticker covering monitor is difficult to peel off and leaves layer of thin paper behind and sticky residue.

It's early days as I have only just got my pendant last week but I find it very comfortable to wear and it is a reassurance for me and for my son who lives in Sheffield as he although still worrying about me can worry a little less so now.
Hav&nt had to use the alarm yet ,but feel quite safe with it.

service set up very helpful as internet wiring was not a standard location luckily I had some knowledge and extra filters and was able to resolve the issue. Could have been a problem if this had not been the case. You should consider a site visit for people who have difficulty

I have not had to use my alarm but the one I had installed previously from Walsall when I had a knee replacement I chose Lifeline 24 to replace it and recently the old alarm broke down my son contacted Lifeline 24 and the help we had was amazing.
Great product but I had to get someone to fill in all of the detail because I don't have Internet.
easy to set up
I did not have a new alarm, the electricity was cut off, nothing to do with LIFELINE and we had to wait for the service to be repaired at Spring Cottage and when it was the alarm worked again. It was the same alarm as was installed when 1 first signed the contract.
