Being a Lifeline Customer Service Executive, you have to adapt to different situations on a daily basis. Why did you decide to do this job?

I think this is the reason why I enjoy working for Lifeline24 - every day brings new challenges and scenarios. I get a lot of satisfaction from being a jack of all trades.

How do you feel the Lifeline service helps people?

The service we offer gives peace of mind and security not only to the alarm user but also to their family. It's reassuring to know that, with just a press of a button, someone is there to assist and support.

Have you any advice for someone considering a Lifeline alarm?

You speak to a wide variety of people every day in the Lifeline Response Team, how do you adapt to each call?

I always let the customer lead the conversation. I am here to provide information and support to potential users and their family. Without knowing their needs first, I won't be able to give the best information and service.

What is the best part of what you do?

I most appreciate the feeling of being part of a service that offers crucial support and assistance. This feels especially fulfilling when you hear of events where Lifeline has been crucial to a user’s wellbeing.

What do you think is important for people to know about your job?
