The standard emergency button system consists of the MyAmie Pendant and Lifeline Vi Alarm Base Unit – both of which use the latest telecare technology to keep you safe. All of our emergency buttons come with free next-day delivery. What’s more, the base unit comes pre-programmed for speedy set-up. Just plug it in and press the button to perform a test!
The MyAmie Pendant is designed to be as comfortable as possible for the wearer. It comes with two comfortable wearing attachments - a wrist strap and a neck cord - giving you the choice to wear it however you prefer. A third option is to wear the emergency button on your belt. A belt clip attachment is available upon request.
The pendant is small, stylish, and discreet, so there is no need to worry about removing it before you head out; most people won’t even notice it.
What's more, our emergency button is waterproof, allowing you to call for help if you slip in the shower or bath. An impressive range of up to 100 metres means it will also work outside in the garden.

Installation is quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. After installing your alarm, you will complete a test call with our UK-based Response Team to ensure the Lifeline Alarm is set up correctly. The installation procedure is outlined in this helpful video. You will also receive a detailed installation guide with your alarm. It really is as simple as plugging your alarm in.
