1 in 3 people over the age of 65 will fall each year. Falls can have significant consequences, both physically and psychologically. Older people living alone face the biggest risks. An emergency pendant from Lifeline can ensure that help is always available.
An emergency alarm is the perfect solution for an elderly or disabled person living alone, especially for those who are concerned about their wellbeing.
If the alarm user needs help, they simply press the button on their pendant. Our 24-Hour Response Team will quicky send help to the alarm user’s home. Emergency pendants allow elderly or disabled people to call for help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Your Lifeline24 emergency alarm comes with:
When you order an emergency pendant from Lifeline24, you’ll be able to give details of up to six emergency contacts. We would advise that you select close friends, family members, or neighbours as your contacts. The closer they live to your home the better.
This information will be kept securely on file and shared with the Response Team, so that they can communicate with your contacts in an emergency. When you activate your alarm, the 24-Hour Response Team will begin to telephone your emergency contacts to let them know that you require help urgently. If there is no response from a contact, the Response Team will move on to the next person on your list.
If any of your emergency contacts change their contact details, please be sure to let us know so that we can update the Response Team.
