In an emergency, simply push the red button. This will send an alarm call to our 24-Hour Response Team. Within seconds, somebody will call through to your home alarm to assess what’s happened. Your emergency contacts will be called and, if needed, so will the emergency services. If the Response Team don’t get a response from any of your emergency contacts, they’ll automatically call for the emergency services.
