Our alarm systems come fully integrated and ready to use. Each alarm is essentially a plug-and-play unit which can be set up in a matter of minutes. We will provide support throughout the whole process and we can also help you with a location visit for larger installations if required. We want to offer you the service you need when you need it, so we also send our alarms out with free next-day delivery.

If you only require monitoring and no equipment, we will usually be able to switch your service over to us remotely, provided the equipment is compatible with our system. However your current setup is arranged, we can tailor it to your needs and ensure a reliable alarm system is in place, ready for use.

Installing the Lifeline Alarm is quick & easy

The Lifeline Alarm unit is pre-programmed before you receive it so there is no need to wait for installation engineers — your alarm can be ready to use within 24 hours of ordering!

Installation is quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. After installing your alarm, you will complete a test call with our UK-based Response Team to ensure the Lifeline Alarm is set up correctly. The installation procedure is outlined in this helpful video. You will also receive a detailed installation guide with your alarm. It really is as simple as plugging your alarm in.

Once you’ve joined our service, you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager. If you have any account queries, you will be able to speak to them directly over the telephone.
