All of our Lifeline accessories are available to order over the phone on 0800 999 0400. Pricing does not include VAT – the vast majority of our customers are eligible for VAT exemption.

Our customer service and sales team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You may wish to add an additional pendant for a spouse, family member, to keep as a spare, or hang in a high-risk area such as your bathroom.

This can be added to your Lifeline alarm plan for an additional £49 per annum.

MyAmie Accessories

MyAmie Belt Clip

If you already have one of our MyAmie red buttons and don’t fancy wearing it around your neck or on your wrist, you can request a belt clip by giving us a quick call.

Wrist straps & Neck Chords

Need a new wrist strap? Perhaps you want to have a spare neck cord for your MyAmie Pendant? You can purchase a pack of two from us for just £9.99

MyAmie Easy-Press Adaptor

An ideal option for those with limited dexterity. If you find the MyAmie difficult to use we offer an easy-press adaptor. Just give us a call to request one.

Lifeline Vi Accessories

The Safety Socket

Some users worry that other phone lines in your home may interfere with the alarm system. For total peace of mind, we offer the safety socket. One safety socket is required for each telephone point in your home that the Lifeline Vi alarm unit is not plugged into. You can order the safety sockets for £15 each.

The Smoke Detector

The smoke detector links with your Lifeline Vi alarm unit and, when activated, will trigger a local alarm as well as alerting our Response Team. A member of the team can speak with the resident and assess the situation before contacting the emergency services. We offer the smoke detector for an additional £49.99 per annum.

The Big Button Phone

Our Big Button Telephone has large, clear numbering with hearing aid compatibility. It also ahs a visual call indicator and earpiece volume control, making it a great option for those who are hard of hearing, have poor eyesight, or limited dexterity.
