Some users worry that other phone lines in your home may interfere with the alarm system. For total peace of mind, we offer the safety socket. One safety socket is required for each telephone point in your home that the Lifeline Vi alarm unit is not plugged into. You can order the safety sockets for £15 each.
The smoke detector links with your Lifeline Vi alarm unit and, when activated, will trigger a local alarm as well as alerting our Response Team. A member of the team can speak with the resident and assess the situation before contacting the emergency services. We offer the smoke detector for an additional £49.99 per annum.
Our Big Button Telephone has large, clear numbering with hearing aid compatibility. It also ahs a visual call indicator and earpiece volume control, making it a great option for those who are hard of hearing, have poor eyesight, or limited dexterity.
