The Lifeline necklace connects you to our 24-hour, TSA-Accredited Response Team. When you press your Lifeline necklace, a member of our team will respond immediately, offering reassurance and arranging help. Our Lifeline Alarm necklace is also known as the MyAmie Pendant and comes alongside the Lifeline Vi Alarm Unit.
The Lifeline Necklace has an impressive seven-year battery life. Once the battery is running low, we automatically receive a warning and will send a free replacement.
The alarm necklace is waterproof so you can keep it on whilst in the bath or show. We do not advise submerging the device in water for longer than 30 minutes.
The pendant has a range of up to 100 metres. This means that your pendant will still connect to the Lifeline Alarm’s base unit when you are outside in the garden.
The pendant runs on the 869MHz European Social Alarm Frequency, which means that it doesn’t interfere with other medical equipment in your home.
During the ordering process for the Lifeline Necklace, our customers are asked to select up to six emergency contacts. Customers commonly choose family members, friends, and neighbours to be their emergency contacts.
This information will be kept on file and will be sent over to the Response Team so that they can communicate with these contacts when required. If there is no response from a contact in an emergency the Response Team will move on to the next person on your list.
If any of the user’s emergency contact details change, please be sure to let us know so that we can update the Response Team.
