24-Hour Panic Alarm Service

Having a panic alarm in your home can provide life-changing reassurance. It offers 24-hour care and support with minimal intrusion. Having an alarm will help you live confidently, safely, and comfortably in your home. Our panic alarm systems also give peace of mind to the user’s family and friends.

The service isn’t only aimed at older people. Disabled people and those living with long-term medical conditions will also benefit from a panic alarm. We would also suggest our Lifeline Alarms to anybody who lives alone.

Our life-saving service provides you with easy-to-use equipment and 24-hour access to our TSA-Accredited Response Team. The Response Team is available all day every day to ensure you can always find help. We aim to provide a simple, affordable service with life-changing benefits.

How the Panic Alarm Works

The base unit has a loudspeaker and a built-in microphone. This allows for clear communication between you and our Response Team during an alarm call.

The pendant goes around your wrist or your neck. Both attachments are included so it’s down to your personal preference – whichever is comfier.

In an emergency, simply push the red button on your base unit or pendant. This will raise an alert in our UK-based Monitoring Centre. A member of our 24-hour Response Team will assess your situation and take appropriate action. They will call the emergency contacts you selected during the set-up process, as well as the emergency services if they’re required.

The Response Team will stay on the line to reassure you whilst you wait for assistance. If necessary, we will share your medical history with the paramedics to put them in the best position to help you once they arrive.

The MyAmie Pendant Button

The Lifeline Alarm service includes the MyAmie Pendant Button. This is the latest device from UK telecare manufacturer, Tunstall. The MyAmie Pendant Button is worn around your wrist or neck, with both attachments included. Features include:

  • Waterproof functionality. This pendant button can be worn whilst you’re in the bath or shower.
  • 100-metre range. The pendant button will work throughout your home and garden.
  • No recharging. The pendant button has a seven-year battery life. We’ll send a free replacement when it starts running low.
  • Easy-press attachment available for those with limited dexterity.
