When you join the Lifeline24 personal alarm service, there’s no need to worry about being tied down as there are no contracts involved.
That’s right – once the initial three month period is over, you can cancel at any time. All you need to do is give Lifeline24 one month’s notice that you wish to cancel your alarm. There are no nasty cancellation fees here.

Our standard personal assistance alarms work through your existing telephone line, connecting you to our 24-hour Response Team. In an emergency, simply press the red button on your pendant and the Response Team will answer immediately. When they receive an alert call, the Response Team will speak with you over the alarm’s loudspeaker to assess the situation. Once they understand what has happened, they will arrange help immediately by calling your emergency contacts. If necessary, the Response Team will also call the emergency services.
The Response Team will pass on any relevant medical information to the paramedics, so they are in the best possible position to help you once they arrive.
The MyAmie Pendant is designed to be as comfortable and discreet as possible. Users can choose to wear it around the wrist or the neck, with both wearing attachments provided.
The pendant’s compact and stylish design means that you don’t need to worry about removing the device before you head out. Most people won’t even notice it. It’s also waterproof for use in the bath and shower.
In an emergency, simply push the red button and the Response Team will respond instantly.
Our personal assistance alarms have an impressive seven-year battery life. Once the battery is running low, we automatically receive a warning and will send a free replacement.
The MyAmie pendant is waterproof, so you can keep it on whilst in the bath or shower. Please note: we do not advise submerging the device in water for longer than 30 minutes.
The Pendant has a range of up to 100 metres from the base unit. This means that your pendant will protect you throughout your entire home and garden.
The Pendant runs on the 869MHz European Social Alarm Frequency, which means that it doesn’t interfere with other medical equipment in your home.
When you order one of our personal assistance alarms, you’ll be able to select up to six emergency contacts. We generally advise choosing family members, close friends, and neighbours as your contacts. The closer they live to your home the better.
Lifeline24 will keep your contacts’ information securely on file so that the Response Team can communicate with them in an emergency. When you activate your alarm, the 24-Hour Response Team will call your emergency contacts to let them know that you require help urgently. If there is no answer from the first emergency contact, the Response Team will call the next person on your list and so on.
If any of your emergency contacts’ details change, please be sure to let us know so that we can update the Response Team.
