Sending Back the Alarm Equipment

Thank you for confirming that you would like to cancel your alarm service. You will now need to return the equipment.
Please make sure you return ALL equipment and accessories which include:



Please remove the battery from your iVi Fall Detector before returning all equipment.
See reverse for instructions on how to remove the battery.

1. Remove the attachment on the back of the pendant by turning the clip anti-clockwise.

2. Remove the battery cover, insert a coin into the slot and turn it anticlockwise. Remove the back panel.

3. Remove the battery and return both the Fall Detector and battery along with your alarm equipment.

Please package your alarm in a sturdy box/packaging. As soon as the equipment is returned to us we will close the account. If you have any queries, please contact our customer service team on 0800 999 0400 who will be happy to help. Please note: charges may apply for missing equipment.
