Each pendant button comes with a Lifeline Vi Alarm Unit. You’ll receive your pendant and alarm via free next-day delivery.

The safety pendant watch is designed with simplicity and speed in mind! It ensures that you can find help quickly if you fall, feel unwell, or require assistance. It’s great for:

Set-Up Your Safety Pendant Watch

  • Alongside your pendant button, you’ll receive an alarm base unit. This unit needs to be plugged into the mains power and a telephone socket.
  • Connect your telephone to the base unit using the adaptor provided.
  • Make a test call by pressing the red button on the base unit.
  • You’ll speak to the Response Team, who will guide you through your test call.

Safety Pendant Watch - Features

The Safety Pendant Watch goes around your wrist using a wrist strap. It’ll look and feel like wearing a watch. The device is manufactured by Tunstall and is also known as the MyAmie Pendant Button.

The button is lightweight and stylish to ensure that you feel as comfortable as possible whilst wearing it. You can even tuck it under your sleeve if you wish.

It’s waterproof so you can use it in the bath and shower. What's more, a powerful range of up to 100 metres means that you’re protected outside in the garden as well.

What to do in an Emergency?

If you suffer a fall, feel unwell, or have any concerns about your wellbeing in your home or garden, all you need to do is press the red button on your safety pendant watch.

This raises an alarm with the Response Team, who will respond over the loudspeaker on your alarm base unit. They’ll ask you what has happened and whether you’re injured in any way. You can reply via the built-in microphone on the base unit.

After assessing your situation the Response Team will call your emergency contacts (family, friends, neighbours), as well as the emergency services if they’re required.
