The new user will simply need to fill in a New Customer Form so we can get everything set up under their name. Call us today and we can direct you to where to fill in a New Customer Form online. Alternatively, we can arrange for a paper copy to be sent in the post.
Transfer Your Alarm Service From Another Provider
There are a couple of options when it comes to a transferring from another personal alarm provider to LifeConnect24. This depends on whether you own the equipment provided by the other company or if it is provided on a rental basis.
If you own the equipment, the transfer would come at a reduced cost as we won’t need to provide you with any personal alarm equipment. In this situation, we can simply monitor the equipment or we can take full ownership of it which means we would also take on the maintenance of the equipment too.
