    My mom currently has one of your lifeline 24 systems with a Tunstall
    Box.

    Is there any way of increasing the ringtone volume on the box as since it was installed the main phone doesn’t ring at all

      If you follow this link https://bit.ly/2YyB0F7 and go to page 27 and 42, there is a detailed tutorial on how to increase the ring tone volume on the box. However, if you are unsure, we highly recommend that you get in touch with our team on 0800 999 0400 and we will help you step by step.

Next day delivery. Clear instructions for set up and lovely team to take us through the set up test process. Really impressed that the alarm button worked from the bottom of the garden!

I ordered the unit yesterday, it was delivered today, and I’m going to install it at my mother’s house tomorrow. Massive kudos to Rachael in your Customer Service team, who was exceptional, and made the whole process very easy.

Everything went well with ordering, delivery and ease of set up How my Mum gets on with it is another matter Time will tell but if she presses the pendant regularly as she doesn't understand it then I will have to re assess

The order came through very quickly. Filling in the form to register was a bit tedious but that is done and I look forward to being fully set up... but hope i will never need to use the service!
