Can you tell us about your role here at Lifeline24?

I’m a Digital Content Editor, which basically means I’m responsible for the written content on our website. I’m essentially the company’s grammar police! I also do lots of work on SEO, making sure that people can find us on Google.

How do you feel the Lifeline service helps people?

The Lifeline alarm service makes a huge difference – it makes people feel safe and confident enough to stay at home where they’re most comfortable, which has been even more crucial since the pandemic began.

Do you have any advice for someone considering a Lifeline alarm?

I think it’s a no brainer. Hopefully, you’ll never need to use it, but the reassurance it gives you and your family is absolutely priceless.

What is the best part of what you do?

I love researching new topics and writing new blog posts every week. I’ve learned so much since I started this job!

If you had to summarise your time at Lifeline24 in three words, what would they be?

Challenging but rewarding

If you had to give up either the pub or restaurants forever, which would it be?

It’s a tough call, but I would give up restaurants – I think I’m a pretty good cook myself and you just can’t beat a cold pint in the pub.
