We’re back with another ‘Meet the Team’ blog. This time, we’re sitting down with accounts assistant, Rebecca. Read on to get an insider’s perspective on the Lifeline personal alarm service.

Hobbies: I love reading books, baking, and dancing when nobody is watching

Can you tell us about your role here at Lifeline24?

I work in the accounts team, where I help to produce monthly management accounts as well as assist with payroll, invoicing customers, and processing customer payments.

How do you feel the Lifeline service helps people?

I think the Lifeline provides an invaluable service that allows the elderly to feel safe. We have a great team of people who are devoted to helping people feel confident in going about their daily lives.

Do you have any advice for someone considering a Lifeline alarm?

If you’re thinking about buying one, the best thing to do would be just to get one. They are a fantastic piece of equipment that helps people to feel more independent and protected, and I cannot recommend them enough!

What is the best part of what you do?

I love interacting with my co-workers most of all. I work in a fantastic team and we all help to support each other.

If you had to summarise your time at Lifeline24 in three words, what would they be?

Fun, enjoyable, rewarding!

What is the first thing you’re going to do when lockdown ends fully?

Go abroad! I’m hoping to travel to a country I’ve never visited; simply to make the most out of our freedom!
