Can you tell us about your role here at LifeConnect24?
I’m a project manager, so I help deliver various ideas and new projects, such as implementing new products and services, and looking at ways we can help more people as much as possible. It’s a really wide-ranging role and it’s always fun to be involved in all the different projects.
How do you feel the Lifeline service helps people?
It’s so useful to be able to know that a loved one is safe, and help can be provided should anything happen to them.
Do you have any advice for someone considering a Lifeline alarm?
It’s such a great peace of mind to be able to have a Lifeline alarm to call upon when necessary. Our team are always here for you, should you need!
What is the best part of what you do?
I really enjoy the variation of some of my projects, but my favourite aspect is where I get to look at new products and services to offer, that can help so many people!
If you had to summarise your time at LifeConnect24 in three words, what would they be?
Varied, exciting, rewarding.
If you had to give up either the pub or restaurants forever, which would it be?
It’d have to be restaurants – there’s very little better than a good trip to the pub with some mates!
