Can I refer a friend?

Yes! Existing Lifeline24 customers can refer a friend to our service by either contacting us directly or asking their friend to reference their name during an order. Both the customer referring and the person being referred will receive a £15 voucher for Marks and Spencer. Existing customers will receive a voucher for each new referral they make.

Can I still have a Lifeline Alarm if I don't have an active landline?

Yes, you can. If this is the case, you would need to purchase the GO GPS Alarm or the Digital GSM Alarm.

Instead of using a landline, both of these alarm connect to the strongest mobile phone network in your area. The GO GPS uses GPS technology to protect you wherever you go. When you activate the alarm, the Response Team can use the GPS to send help to your precise location. You can purchase the GO GPS alarm over the phone or online.

The GSM alarm is alternative to a standard, home-based alarm. Unlike the GPS alarm, this device uses our GSM Pearl pendant, which has a range of 300 metres from the GSM alarm hub.

Can you offer a discount if I buy several Lifeline Alarms at once?

Yes.  We have offers available for individuals, charities or companies that need more than one alarm. Please call us on 0800 999 0400 for more details.

How can I add a second alarm user?

Adding a second alarm user is very simple. All you will need is a second pendant, which you can order online or over the phone on 0800 999 0400. We would also need details of the second user, which can be provided to us using an online or paper form.

How can we get a Lifeline Alarm?

How much does a new Lifeline Alarm cost?

Our annual plan is currently on special offer, wherein you pay for 9 months but receive 12 months of service at the low price of £119. This includes all the necessary equipment and the 24-hour monitoring of the service by our Response Team.

You can also choose a monthly plan at a cost of £12.99 a month, taken as a quarterly payment. All of our rental plans have an initial set up fee of £35.

How soon can it be set up?

All our alarms are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24-hour post. If you order before the cut-off time, your alarm will arrive the very next day. Cut-off times are 6:00pm Monday-Friday, 12:00pm Saturday, and 10:00am Sunday.

You will also need to complete our New Customer Form before using the alarm, but you can do this online while the alarm is on its way. Once you've placed your order, our Customer Service Team will give you all the help and information you need. After your alarm arrives, set-up can be completed in just a few minutes.

What are the options for renewing my Lifeline Alarm?

If you're on the Annual Plan, the standard renewal price after the first year of service will be £154. If you're on the Monthly Plan, your renewal price will be £12.49 a month, paid quarterly. After the first year, it will be £14.49 a month, also paid quarterly.

What is the minimum contract length?

For our monthly plans, the minimum contract length is 3 months, whilst the minimum contract length for our annual plans is 12 months.

When will my alarm arrive?

We offer free next-day delivery as standard - including weekends! If you order your Lifeline24 alarm before 6:00 pm Monday-Friday, you will receive it the very next day. If you order before 12:00 pm on Saturday or before 10:00 am on Sunday, you'll receive your alarm the next day. All of our alarms are sent via a tracked delivery service for added security.
