Maxine Pearson says
Hi. I am interested in the Lifeline for my nearly 90 year old aunt who has mixed dementia. She is currently in hospital after a fall and we are awaiting a care package to be put in place prior to her discharge. The Lifeline has been mentioned by the assigned social worker. It would appear that it is cheaper for me to purchase this direct from yourselves rather than allow the NHS and local council to set it up. Am I allowed to refer her ? Your web pages seem to suggest I am. Correspondence and contact would need to come through me as my aunt is currently not able to make any decisions etc.
She lives alone so this, along with carers looks like a good thing to have.
Kind regards
Maxine L Pearson

Hi Maxine,
Thank you for your comment. You’re right – the Lifeline alarm can be a great option for those returning home from hospital. You can purchase the alarm on your aunt’s behalf or make a referral using our referral form. If you have any other queries, please don’t hesitate to give our customer service team a call.
Best wishes,
