Sending Back the Alarm Equipment

Thank you for confirming that you would like to cancel your alarm service. You will now need to return the equipment.
Please make sure you return ALL equipment and accessories which include:

Charging Station

Charging Cord

Plug

GO GPS Alarm

Please turn off the GPS Alarm before sending it back to us. To do this, simply press and hold one button on either side of GO GPS Alarm for 10 seconds. You will hear a voice message that says, “Flight Mode enabled. All functions suspended until button press or placed on charger”.

Please package your alarm in a sturdy box/packaging. As soon as the equipment is returned to us, we will close the account. If you have any queries, please contact our customer service team on 0800 999 0400. They will be happy to assist you. Please note: charges may apply for missing equipment.
