The MyAmie Pendant comes with our standard Personal Alarm package. It's the latest pendant button from UK Telecare manufacturer Tunstall. This little device is full of the latest industry technology, yet is easy and simple to use.
You can wear the pendant on a cord around your neck or on a wrist strap, like a watch. You'll receive both attachments with the pendant, so it's down to you which option you choose. The MyAmie Pendant is small and discreet, yet the red button is actually a third larger than on the previous model.
The MyAmie Pendant has been designed to be as stylish and as comfortable as possible. This ensures that our alarm users can wear it without feeling self-conscious or uncomfortable. In fact, many alarm users admit that they don't bother taking their pendant off when they're out with friends.
The MyAmie Pendant can be worn in the bath and shower, where falls are relatively common. It can also be worn while washing up. What's more, you can wash your neck cord or wrist strap in the washing machine as needed.
The MyAmie Pendant has a 7-year battery life so you don't need to worry about charging it. We get automatic alerts when your battery is running low so we'll send you a new pendant when the time comes.
The pendant works up to 100m from the base unit. This means it will work outside in your garden too, allowing you to roam your house and garden with total peace of mind.
The latest version of the MyAmie is half the size of the previous model, yet the button is a third larger. This smaller pendant is even more discreet, but pressing the button is easier than ever.
The MyAmie pendant has a choice of wearer attachments, it can be worn on the wrist, around the neck or attached to a belt for easy access in an emergency. For 24-hour assurance we recommend wearing your pendant at all times, including when you`re sleeping, showering, and out in the garden.
The MyAmie Pendant uses the 869MHz European Social Alarm Frequency. This means that it will not interfere with any other medical equipment that you may have in your home.
When you order your Personal Alarm, you can choose to add an additional MyAmie Pendant Button to your order. This will allow you to keep one pendant for use outside in the garden, for example, or to leave one as a spare on your bedside table. Some of our customers like to have a spare just in case they misplace their original pendant and can’t remember where it is.
If you live with someone else who could benefit from a Lifeline alarm, you can order an additional MyAmie Pendant for them. This way, both of you can feel safe at home with just one alarm base unit installed.

Your MyAmie Pendant Button connects you to our Response Team. Our team have been highly trained, and are accredited by the Telecare Services Association. They’re available to answer your call for help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure that they can always provide you with assistance. Help is always just a click away with a Lifeline.
During an emergency situation, the Response Team will receive an alert call from your alarm once you press the red button. They’ll respond within a few short seconds to see how you are and what’s happened to you.
They’ll then arrange for help by calling either friends, family or your neighbours and asking them to attend. If you require medical attention, the Response Team also call for an ambulance and share any relevant medical information with them.
