Installing the Lifeline Alarm is quick & easy
The Lifeline Alarm unit is pre-programmed before you receive it so there is no need to wait for installation engineers — your alarm can be ready to use within 24 hours of ordering!
Installation is quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. After installing your alarm, you will complete a test call with our UK-based Response Team to ensure the Lifeline Alarm is set up correctly. The installation procedure is outlined in this helpful video. You will also receive a detailed installation guide with your alarm. It really is as simple as plugging your alarm in.
Once you’ve joined our service, you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager. If you have any account queries, you will be able to speak to them directly over the telephone.

A keysafe is a secure metal box that can be attached to the exterior wall of your home. You can store spare keys inside the keysafe, behind a secure combination lock. The key safe features a security code system whereby only code holders can access your keys. This is so much safer than hiding spare keys under plant pots or doormats.
At LifeConnect24, we offer a range of keysafes which work brilliantly alongside the personal alarm. You can share your keysafe code with your emergency contacts so they can enter your home to help you in an emergency. You should also share your code with the LifeConnect24 Response Team. If we ever need to call the emergency services on your behalf, we’ll be able to pass the code on to them.
