Lifeline24 offers the UK’s cheapest rental fee for our life-saving personal alarm service. We support the Government’s Technology Enabled Care Service (TECS) programme by offering the service at the lowest possible price.
We have two price plans for you to choose from, as we know people like to manage their finances in different ways. You can choose the Monthly Plan, which costs £12.49 per month*, or the Annual Plan, which is £119 for the year* – giving you three months of service for free!

The Lifeline Alarm unit is pre-programmed before you receive it so there is no need to wait for installation engineers — your alarm can be ready to use within 24 hours of ordering!
Installation is quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. After installing your alarm, you will complete a test call with our UK-based Response Team to ensure the Lifeline Alarm is set up correctly. The installation procedure is outlined in this helpful video. You will also receive a detailed installation guide with your alarm. It really is as simple as plugging your alarm in.
Once you’ve joined our service, you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager. If you have any account queries, you will be able to speak to them directly over the telephone.
The MyAmie Pendant has been designed to be as comfortable as possible for the user. The pendant can be worn around your neck or around your wrist, with both attachments available inside the box. A free belt-clip attachment is also available upon request.
The pendant is easy to use with a simple red push-button design. For those with limited dexterity, we can also provide an easy-press adaptor to make things even simpler. Please contact us to enquire.

The MyAmie Pendant has an impressive seven-year battery life. Once the battery is running low, we automatically receive a warning and will send a free replacement.
The MyAmie Pendant is waterproof so you can keep it on whilst in the bath or show. Please note: we advise that you do not submerge the device in water for longer than 30 minutes.
The pendant has a range of up to 100 metres. This means that your pendant will still connect to the alarm’s base unit when you are outside in the garden.
The pendant runs on the 869MHz European Social Alarm Frequency, which means that it doesn’t interfere with other medical equipment in your home.
Customers purchasing a personal alarm system from Lifeline24 can select up to six emergency contacts. We would advise that you select close friends, family members or your neighbours as your contacts. The closer they live to your home the better.
We will ask you to provide contact details for each of your emergency contacts. This information will be kept on file and will be sent over to the Response Team so that they can communicate with these contacts when required. In the case of an emergency, the 24-Hour Response Team will begin to telephone your emergency contacts to let them know that you require help urgently. If there is no response from a contact, the Response Team will move on to the next person on your list.
If any of the user’s emergency contacts’ details change then please be sure to let us know so that we can update the Response Team.
